Additional School Policies

Class Size
No more than 12 students are accepted into each program, so that our students may receive personal and individualized attention. Class space is only reserved once the down payment has been received. (See application for complete details on the acceptance process).

Our Attendance Policy
We expect that you will be here for class on each scheduled day unless there is an unforeseen illness or emergency. Though a certain amount of make-up time is allowed, too many absences may result in academic probation. Make-up time and additional tuition fees may be due to complete your training. Please note that all classes begin promptly at their scheduled time and it is mandatory that you are on time each day. Attendance is officially documented and AR state law prohibits you from sitting for their boards unless all 500 hours are accounted for in an official school transcript. Remember, you are paying good money for your education. Take advantage of it!

Standards of Progress
All grades are maintained as a percent of total. Progress is maintained on a continuing basis with grades recorded for every activity or test. Students are constantly aware of their progress and any necessary steps for improvement. When progress falls below 75 %, the student is placed on probation with no more than 60 days to bring their overall average to 75%. If the student is unable to bring their grade percentage to 75% or higher within 60 days, they will be unable to continue in the program.

Violations of law will be prosecuted.
