Tuition, Payment and Refund Policy see also Related Expenses Tuition The cost for your professional massage therapy training is $4,800.00. A $1,000.00 down payment is required to hold your place in the class. This down payment is given at the time of your formal interview with the school and it is non-refundable. Once your spot has been secured, the student has 2 payment options: Payment Option 1: Your application fee of $100.00 will be credited back to you if your tuition is paid in full to the school 14 days prior to the first day of class. This time frame is non-negotiable. If full payment is not received within that time frame, no application credit is given. $4,800.00 Tuition - $1,000.00 Down Payment __________________ $3,800.00 - $100.00 Application Credit __________________ $3,700.00 Due 14 days prior to class Payment Option 2: This is a 5 month payment plan program. All payments due on the first of the month, even if you are not in class on that day. Failure to pay on time will result in a $20.00/day late fee added to your tuition payment for the month. If payment is more than 5 days late, the student will be unable to attend class until their tuition and all late fees have been paid. $4,800.00 Tuition - $1,000.00 Down Payment _________________ $3,800.00 divided into 5 months = $760.00 per month Students can pay on either plan using Cash, Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Refund Policy Students who wish to withdraw from the program before completion of their 500 hours of study must submit a dated withdraw request, in writing, to the director before any refund will be given. If a student fails to submit his/her request within 10 days of the last class attended, no refund will be issued from the school and the student will forfeit all monies paid. The following refund schedule applies. Withdraw letter received: 100 program hours offered and under 50% tuition paid 101-249 program hours offered 30% tuition paid 250 program hours and higher NO REFUND If there are not enough students registered to successfully hold class, all money collected will be returned to the student promptly.
